Office Coordinator

The Office Coordinator is the face of Gusto! Serving as the primary receptionist, the Office Coordinator I runs the front desk and interacts with hundreds of guests, employees, and vendors on a daily basis. Assist with company systems, programs, and events, all while being a steward of the Gusto culture in our brand new 50,000 square foot office! The Office Coordinator is a key member of the Environment Team, and will be empowered by the Office Manager. Join this fast-paced, rapidly scaling company!

Here's what you'll do day-to-day:

  • Run the front desk. Be the first point of contact for all guests, employees, and vendors. Make everyone feel welcome and comfortable.
  • Maintain the mail room. Assist with shipping and receiving by sorting and distributing incoming mail and deliveries. Assist employees with outgoing mail.
  • Keep the office clean, stocked, and organized across multiple floors, kitchens, conference rooms, and communal areas.
  • Keep office inventory organized. Order office supplies and maintain company swag.
  • Work with systems such as JIRA and company calendars.
  • Assist with company events and programs such as new hire onboarding.
  • Act as the right-hand to the Office Manager.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to other teams as necessary.
  • Be a Gusto culture keeper by upholding company traditions, delighting the team, and providing excellent service.

Here's what we're looking for:

  • 1 year experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong communications skills, while being friendly, personable, and professional.
  • Excited to help and eager to gain experience across a broad scope of office support.
  • Experience with Google Apps, including Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive.
  • Can-do, positive attitude.
